    As a certified pre-marital counselor, and currently training in Gottman Level 1 method couples therapy, I am well equipped to serve a wide diversity of couples.

    My philosophy of therapy is that health is achieved through life balance. I help people obtain this through research-based cognitive behavioral techniques, such as ACT and MBCT. Mindfulness, or the ability to focus on the here-and-now and live in the present, is an important key component of my work.
